Community Services Block Grant (CSBG)
Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program has two different housing services. This program can assist with up to $300.00 towards a rental deposit if an individual/family is moving into a new location due to a prior unstable living situation. This program can also assist with up to $300.00 towards future rent/back rent if an individual/family has faced a financial crises beyond their control.
Department of Human Services Homeless Prevention (DHS HP)
The DHS HP program has two different housing services. The DHS HP program can assist individuals/families who are facing an eviction due to a financial crises beyond their control and if that financial crises has been solved with up to 3 months of back rent. This program can also assist individuals/families who are behind on their mortgages or facing a foreclosure due to a financial crises beyond their control and if that financial crises has been solved with up to 3 months towards their mortgage payment.
Emergency Solutions Grant and Rapid Rehousing (ESG/RRH)
The ESG RRH program can assist individuals/families who are literally homeless. This program can assist with up to 6 months of rent with the 4th, 5th and 6th months being paid by both our agency and the individual/family.
Housing and Urban Development Rapid Rehousing (HUD RRH)
The HUD RRH program can assist individuals/families who are literally homeless. This program can assist with up to 6 months of rent with the 4th, 5th and 6th months being paid by both our agency and the individual/family. This program also offers supportive services to assist the household/individual.
